We prefer to work closely with our advertisers to meet each of our mutual goals. To this end, you can count on us to develop a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. Conformity to Laws & Regulations.
Advertising material presented to us must conform to all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Substantiation. Any claim made in an ad will have to be substantiated to the satisfaction of menover50.com, and scientific or other references are checked prior to acceptance.

Company Reputation.
We allow only reputable businesses and individuals to advertise on our site. To us, “reputable” means that you have a track record, that your business policies are ethical and legal, and that you have a passion for customer service. We may require background information, ad copy and/or samples, and a simplified service agreement.

Surveys or Research and Surveys.
Generally we do not accept advertisements that require research or survey studies, or that violate our privacy policy or terms of use.

Logo and Name.
General advertisers may not use the Menover50.com or MOVO50 logos. The use of the name or logo(s) may not be used in any advertisement, promotion material or follow-up mailings without the express written permission of MOVO50, LLC.

Right of Rejection.
MOVO50, LLC, reserves the right to decline or reject any advertisement, for any reason, at any time, without liability, even though previously acknowledged or accepted.

Privacy.
MOVO50, LLC is committed to offering members a choice about how personal information is used. Please see our Privacy Policy posted on our website.

Unacceptable Ads
Menover50.com deems some industry sectors as unacceptable for its website. These include:
Health Surveys, Tests, Research Projects; Age Related Membership Organizations that are recruiting members; Personal Ads; Pornographic Sites; Dating or Escort Services.
